The House
C’an Petra is situated on the hills overlooking Cala Vadella. It's elevated position, glass balustrades and large glass windows allow an enviable view of the Mediterranean with breathtaking sunsets.
Outside there is a lovely pool, sun loungers, parasols and a covered terrace with a large dining table to escape the midday sun. There is a large gas barbecue and a bar with seating for evening drinks.
Located in a peaceful and secluded area but only a 15 minute walk to the lively Cala Vadella beach. Also in easy reach are the beaches of Cala Carbo, Cala d'Hort, Cala Moli and Cala Tarida. It's a 10 minute drive to the town of San Jose, 25 minutes to the airport and 30 to Ibiza town
The rooms
The villa is split into 2 parts.
The main house has 3 double bedrooms, all en-suite as well as a well-stocked kitchen diner that leads into the main lounge.
There are also 3 bedrooms in the separate, downstairs villa; 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin. 2 of the rooms are ensuite and the other has its own private bathroom with shower and large bath. It also has a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable lounge area.
5 of the total 6 bedrooms enjoy a sea view and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and private safes.
